Your challenge- Identifier, quantifier, évaluer, surveiller et rapporter dans le domaine des risques financiers et non financiers.
- Exécuter et documenter des évaluations des risques pour diverses parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Établir une culture de bonne gouvernance au sein de l'entreprise et sensibiliser le personnel aux risques.
- Développer une stratégie de gestion des risques alignée sur la stratégie globale de l'entreprise, comprenant l'établissement d'indicateurs de risque mesurables pour tous les types de risques.
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des contrôles internes efficaces, en ligne avec l'appétit au risque de l'entreprise et les attentes réglementaires et de supervision.
- Faciliter les analyses d'écart et les études d'impact pour faire face aux changements réglementaires émergents.
- Mettre en œuvre des plans d'action pour répondre aux attentes de supervision accrues dans des domaines tels que le risque de crédit, le risque ESG, le risque lié à l'externalisation, la transformation numérique, la résilience opérationnelle et la gestion actif-passif.
- Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion des risques et en contrôle interne dans le secteur des banques et assurances.
- Vous disposez d'un esprit entrepreneurial, de solides compétences en communication et d'une capacité à travailler à la fois de manière indépendante et en équipe.
- Vous adoptez une approche de conseil pragmatique et critique dans des environnements en évolution ou régulés.
- Vous démontrez une vision stratégique et conceptuelle des affaires avec une perspective large.
- La maîtrise du néerlandais, du français et une bonne connaissance de l'anglais sont nécessaires, car nos clients se trouvent à Bruxelles et à Anvers.
- La flexibilité est essentielle.
