DescriptionAs Coordinator, you will guide your team through the changes linked to the evolution of mobility:
- You pass on and share your knowledge with employees;
- You motivate your team to make the best use of and develop their skills, aptitudes and know-how, and ensure the smooth running of the department;
- You ensure good cooperation within the team by managing and anticipating conflicts, and you develop a genuine team spirit;
- Together with your team and colleagues, you are responsible for achieving operational objectives and monitoring results;
- As a benevolent coordinator, you hold regular discussions with your teams and provide the necessary coaching.
- You have at least 3 years' experience as a People Manager (Coordinator, Team Leader, etc.);
- You can set clear objectives and expectations, and identify and stimulate employee potential;
- You are able to express yourself correctly in both national languages (NL/FR) and have a good knowledge of English;
- You are willing to accept the flexibility expected in the job: working shifts and being able to work at weekends;
- You are results-oriented and have a pragmatic mentality;
- You take responsibility for achieving objectives, are able to make decisions and react appropriately;
- You can effectively manage the operational organization, make rapid adjustments if the situation requires and set priorities;
- You assume the role of coach and facilitator, are able to strengthen team collaboration, and dare to make decisions and take employees out of their comfort zone;
- You have good analytical skills, enabling you to analyze and translate reports correctly, and to implement any corrective actions required;
- You are capable of translating strategic objectives into clear expectations for the team, proposing alternatives and involving employees in this reflection;
- You use an open & positive communication style and are able to gain acceptance and achieve predetermined objectives through persuasion and argumentation skills.
- Monthly salary indication: €3001 - €4500
