As a senior project coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of projects from inception to delivery. Validate the scope and objectives of each project Develop and manage project plans in conjunction with stakeholders Monitor and control budget expenditures, challenging estimates and actuals with team members Identify, schedule, and mitigate project risks and issues Evaluate project deliverables against quality standards and governance requirements Prepare progress reports and propose solutions to project challenges Key qualifications include: A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in project coordination or management Strong knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Clarity, Jira, and SAP Ability to meet project deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English, with proficiency in French and Dutch Bonus qualifications: Certification in Prince2, PMI, or Agile methodologies Experience in banking, insurance, transport, or telecom sectors
