Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou
Als Corporate Event Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van interne en externe nationale evenementen, hospitality en ticketing.
Je houdt hierbij rekening met de behoeften van de verschillende afdelingen van Ethias (voornamelijk het directie comité en de commerciële diensten),
n zorgt ervoor dat alles in lijn is met de waarden en stijl van het bedrijf.
Je beheert, plant, volgt op en controleert het budget van evenementen. Dit omvat:
Het ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van projecten
Technische en logistieke planning
Onderhandelen met leveranciers
Budgetplanning
Facturering en rapportering van uitgaven
Jouw netwerk zal vooral bestaan uit interne afdelingen en externe partners waarbij jij als schakel kan fungeren.
Bijgevolg organiseer en leid je interne en externe vergaderingen ter voorbereiding of nabespreking van evenementen.

Je moet gestructureerd en georganiseerd zijn.
De goesting om zaken te organiseren en op te volgen druipt van je af
