Expect complex cross-border work, direct client exposure and a collaborative culture.Advising Belgian and international clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactionsWorking on private equity deals, joint ventures and strategic investmentsAssisting with corporate restructurings and broader corporate advisory workCollaborating with banking and finance teams on acquisition financingDrafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documentsBeing involved in corporate litigation aspects linked to transactions when relevantExperience: 3–7 years' experience in Corporate/M&A within a law firmLanguages: Fluent Dutch + strong working knowledge of English and FrenchQualifications: Belgian-qualified lawyer with a solid academic backgroundExposure to high-end (inter)national transactionsA stimulating and entrepreneurial environment where initiative is valuedContinuous training and development (technical & soft skills)A collaborative, open-minded team cultureModern offices in Brussels with easy access Joint Ventures, Litigation, Private Equity, Drafting, Exposure, Banking and Finance, Investment, Cross border, Law firm, Acquisition, Negotiation, Financing, AdvisoryJBRP1_BE
