Our client is a leading independent Belgian law firm, advising top-tier companies, and is looking for a Corporate & M&A Associate to strengthen its deal team. Why apply? They advise large Belgian and international corporates, financial institutions and private equity funds , and are known for their entrepreneurial mindset, high-quality standards and pragmatic approach . You'll join a human-sized yet highly reputed firm , where lawyers are encouraged to think independently, challenge conventions and actively contribute to the development of the practice. Expect complex cross-border work , direct client exposure and a collaborative culture. Advising Belgian and international clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions Working on private equity deals , joint ventures and strategic investments Assisting with corporate restructurings and broader corporate advisory work Collaborating with banking and finance teams on acquisition financing Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents Being involved in corporate litigation aspects linked to transactions when relevant Experience : 3–7 years' experience in Corporate/M&A within a law firm Languages : Fluent Dutch + strong working knowledge of English and French Qualifications : Belgian-qualified lawyer with a solid academic background Exposure to high-end (inter)national transactions A stimulating and entrepreneurial environment where initiative is valued Continuous training and development (technical & soft skills) A collaborative, open-minded team culture Modern offices in Brussels with easy access Joint Ventures, Litigation, Private Equity, Drafting, Exposure, Banking and Finance, Investment, Cross border, Law firm, Acquisition, Negotiation, Financing, AdvisoryJBRP1_BE
