Your duties and responsibilities
As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating the financial and administrative tasks related to multiple projects and associations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Invoice Management : Creating invoices and closely monitoring payments.
- Financial Reporting : Reporting on income and expenses for various projects and associations.
- Budget Approval : Reviewing and approving budgets for projects and associations.
- Coordination : Liaising with external accounting agencies and banks.
- File Management : Maintaining accurate and reliable administrative records.
- Communication : Translating financial data and administrative queries for non-financial stakeholders.
- Support : Assisting with membership and registration management during quieter periods.
Ideal profile
- Experience : Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle pressure.
- Languages: Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
- Qualifications : Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
