Sales Insights AnalystOVER BOMABen jij gebeten door data en wil je met jouw inzichten het verschil maken voor onze Sales- en Sales Support-teams?BOMA, een toonaangevende speler in de schoonmaakbranche, zoekt een Sales Insights Analyst. In deze rol ben je de rechterhand van het hoofd Sales Support en gebruik je data om het salesproces slimmer en effectiever te maken. Je vertaalt cijfers naar heldere inzichten, kansen en concrete actiepunten die onze commerciële organisatie vooruithelpen. Met jouw analyses en rapporteringen draag je rechtstreeks bij aan de strategische groei van BOMA. Wat ga je doen?Na een grondige inwerkperiode leer je onze processen, tools en databronnen door en door kennen. Vervolgens zet je jouw expertise in om onze Sales en Sales Support te ondersteunen met accurate rapportering, slimme dashboards en data-gedreven aanbevelingen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van verschillende Business Units en afdelingen, vertaalt cijfers naar begrijpelijke inzichten en helpt zo de organisatie om betere beslissingen te nemen.Concreet takenpakket:Rapportages en dashboards: je actualiseert bestaande rapportages en bouwt nieuwe, gebruiksvriendelijke dashboards in Power BI.Data analyse: je analyseert commerciële data, ontdekt trends en signaleert kansen voor omzetgroei en klantgerichtheid.Adoptie stimuleren: je helpt de organisatie om de beschikbare tools, rapporten en inzichten ook daadwerkelijk te gebruiken in hun dagelijkse werking. Je begeleidt sales en sales support in het interpreteren van de analyses en leert hun hoe ze deze inzichten kunnen inzetten voor betere beslissingen.Sparringpartner: je fungeert als klankbord voor het hoofd van Sales Support, denkt mee over verbeteringen in het salesproces en brengt ideeën aan om de werking van Sales Support verder te professionaliseren.Samenwerken met sales (management): je werkt nauw samen met het salesteam om hun informatiebehoeften te begrijpen en deze te vertalen naar relevante visualisatiesSaleskansen signaleren: op basis van je analyses geef je aanbevelingen die bijdragen aan omzetgroei en betere klantgerichtheid. Je luistert actief naar de noden van sales en sales support en vertaalt deze naar relevante inzichten en visualisaties.Samenwerken met het datateam: je werkt samen met collega’s die instaan voor het datamodel en de infrastructuur, zodat jouw analyses betrouwbaar en reproduceerbaar zijn.Proactief meedenken over verbeteringen: je brengt ideeën aan om onze datagedreven manier van werken verder te professionaliseren.Wat neem je mee?Je bent een kei in Excel en Power BI. Kennis Oracle databases, SQL & Python is een troefJe beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en een gezonde nieuwsgierigheid naar commerciële dataJe hebt ervaring met rapportering en data-analyse in een commerciële contextJe kunt complexe informatie helder en begrijpelijk presenteren aan niet-technische collega’sJe werkt nauwkeurig, bent oplossingsgericht en hebt oog voor detailJe beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of hebt een gelijkwaardig denkniveau door ervaringJe communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels.
