As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating an Agile team and ensuring that both functional and technical project elaboration are done correctly. You are strong in people management and project work and know how to execute projects within set deadlines and budgets. In addition, you are able to quickly familiarize yourself with domain specific content and work with product owners and business analysts. You also have the responsibility to coordinate the collaboration between different IT teams and are able to find compromises that optimize the operation of your team and the whole.

You are responsible for the proper organization of your team. You coordinate the definition of the services offered under your management. You guard the correct project definitions and you support your teams to deliver projects according to expectations.

As a Project Lead you will be recruited as an employee for an open-ended contract through Vlaanderen connect. This entity is responsible for the recruitment of strategic ICT functions and makes them available to its member-government organizations, such as in this case: Department Environment.
