Project Leader IT

Les infrastructures et solutions informatiques sont de plus en plus déterminantes et au cœur même de la performance de nos core business que sont l’infrastructure ferroviaire et la gestion du trafic. Plus qu’un simple département de support, la direction ICT d’Infrabel développe, implémente et entretient ses propres solutions IT & Telecom innovantes grâce à ses talents (près de 900 collaborateurs) et grâce aux technologies dans lesquelles nous nous efforçons d’être constamment au fait des innovations.

Dans ce cadre, nous sommes à la recherche de plusieurs chefs de projets pour divers domaines fonctionnels.

Un chef de projets auprès de notre direction ICT est responsable de la planification, de l'organisation et de l'exécution de projets. Concrètement, voici vos activités :

  1. Planning et suivi des activités de vos équipes de projets (nombre de collaborateurs variable selon les contours et la complexité des projets).
  2. Assurer que la collecte des business requirements soit réalisée de manière qualitative en vue de l’analyse fonctionnelle.
  3. Coordonner les activités d’analyse technique, de développement et de testing, en veillant à ce que chaque tâche soit bien prise en charge.
  4. Monitorez régulièrement le respect du scope du projet, les délais, le budget, la mitigation des risques, l’assurance qualité et apporter les adaptations nécessaires le cas échéant.
  5. Animer les stand-up meetings quotidiennement et amener les membres de votre équipe de projet à trouver conjointement des solutions durables.
  6. Communiquer régulièrement vers votre responsable, le Business Competence Centre et le client interne pour les tenir au courant de l’avancement du projet et de l’organisation des tests et de la mise en production.
  7. Trouver des solutions lorsque des imprévus surviennent, afin de respecter les délais et la qualité du délivrable.

Les méthodologies Agile et Scrum sont largement répandues dans les équipes projets d’Infrabel et sont utilisées de manière pragmatique.

Vous aurez l’opportunité de collaborer à des projets d’une importance déterminante pour la continuité et la performance des activités d’Infrabel. Voici quelques exemples :

Domaine fonctionnel SAP :
  1. Implémentation du projet S/4 (SAP for Hana)
  2. Implémentation de Solution Manager 7.2
  3. Implémentation continue de processus pour améliorer la qualité de l’environnement SAP
  4. Intégration dans les processus de marchés publics
Domaine fonctionnel des solutions B2B :
  1. Projet de digitalisation des procédures opérationnelles et de sécurité au sein de nos cabines de signalisation et développement d’application IT facilitant la communication de nos cabines avec d’autres cabines, avec les gestionnaires d’infrastructures ferroviaires, communication avec les entreprises ferroviaires, coordination avec les gestionnaires de travaux.
  2. Projet Billing : développement d’applications IT visant à faciliter et optimiser la facturation des sillons ferroviaires aux entreprises transitant par notre réseau.

Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de Master et/ou 5 ans d'expérience.

Vous avez plusieurs années d’expérience réussie en gestion d’équipe et/ou en coordination de personnes dans le cadre d’un projet.

Vous avez une bonne connaissance du cycle de vie d’un projet de développement en IT.

Vous connaissez les méthodologies Agile et Scrum.

La possession de certifications telles que PMBOK ou PRINCE2 serait un atout supplémentaire.

Vous parlez couramment le français ou le néerlandais et avez une bonne maîtrise opérationnelle de l’autre langue.

Vous faites preuve d’excellentes capacités de planification et d’organisation en fonction d’un timing et de ressources définies.

Vous faites preuve de bonnes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse.

Vous recherchez activement la meilleure manière d’atteindre vos objectifs.

Vous déléguez tâches et responsabilités de manière équitable et ciblée, en précisant les attentes, objectifs et échéances.

Vous prenez à cœur les besoins exprimés par le client interne et tâchez d’y apporter la solution la plus adaptée possible.

Vous communiquez facilement et de manière adaptée avec vos interlocuteurs.

Compétences Techniques :

  1. Expérience solide dans la gestion de projets, utilisant des outils tels que MS Projects et PPM.
  2. Expertise en gestion de la demande, utilisant des outils tels que DTT, Jira, Azure Devops.
  3. Connaissance approfondie des systèmes ERP, notamment SAP CATS/PM/PS, dans les domaines de la finance (FI) et des ressources humaines (HR).
  4. Expérience dans l'utilisation d'applications de traitement des données telles que PowerBI et Office 365.
  5. Une connaissance du cycle de vie du développement logiciel (SDLC) serait un atout appréciable.
