Tu travailleras aux côtés de notre équipe expérimentée et contribueras à offrir un service exceptionnel à nos clients tout en développant tes compétences professionnelles :

  • Accueillir nos clients avec un sourire chaleureux dès leur arrivée à l'hôtel, créant ainsi une première impression inoubliable.
  • Devenir un maître dans l'art du check-in et du check-out.
  • Répondre avec courtoisie et efficacité aux appels téléphoniques et aux demandes des clients.
  • Devenir une véritable encyclopédie ambulante sur Bruxelles, en partageant des recommandations de restaurants, des astuces de voyage et les secrets les mieux gardés de la ville avec nos visiteurs.
  • Jongler avec les réservations et les demandes spéciales des clients avec aisance, garantissant que chaque séjour soit personnalisé et mémorable.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements de l'hôtel pour créer une expérience client incomparable à chaque instant.

Notre recherche :

  • Tu jongles entre l'anglais et le français pour t'adresser avec aisance à notre clientèle internationale. Si tu parles néerlandais ou toute autre langue, c'est un plus
  • Tu ne dois pas forcément étudier l'Hôtellerie, ce qui compte vraiment, c'est ta personnalité rayonnante et ta passion pour le service à la clientèle.
  • Tu disposes d'une convention de stage à partir d'août 2025 pour une période minimale de trois mois.

  • Un lunch offert à chaque fois que tu es en service.
  • Horaires et contexte professionnel : Les horaires comprennent des shifts de travail de 7h à 15h ainsi que de 15h à 23h. Tu peux être amené.e à travailler le week-end et exceptionnellement de nuit (après accord auprès de ton établissement scolaire).
