Our aim is to be amongst the leading voices of the craft movement in Belgium & beyond.OPERATIONS AND SALES Coordinator – Brussels-basedWe look for someone who wants to be part of the BBP journey. Someone who shares the passion for entrepreneurship, craft beers & willing to be part of a great multicultural team. We also look for a talent who will be key for BBP to serve our customers. From A to Z. You'll be the main point of contact with our customers, answering their questions, taking orders and making sure they are delivered as planned. On top of this, you will be the main responsible for our logistic operations, coordinating transfers between our different sites, optimizing stock levels and ensuring efficient truck loads.At BBP, you can expect to have a wide range of responsibilities, be a key contact both internally and externally and solve new challenges every day.Fasten your seat belt & get ready for a hell of a roller coaster Here is your challenge:· Make sure that the orders of our customers are delivered on-time and work closely with our logistics partner· Keep a close eye on the stock to make sure we deliver the freshest beers possible· Ensure that the whole order process goes as smooth as possible, from order to cash· You'll be in contact with customers from all over Europe ; you want them to get the best BBP experience possible· You are also responsible for most of the internal logistics at BBP, taking care of transfers between our different sites to ensure beer and packaging availability in our shop, taproom, copacker, eshop, etc. · You'll be site manager of our HQ in Dansaert, making sure that the building remains nice and welcomingThis is the spirit we're looking for:· Passionate about craft beer or ready to be contaminated · Creative & collaborative mindset, at ease to communicate via phone or emails · Obsession for constant learning & ability to share this learning across the team· Positive & always keen to take up new challengesShow up with your skills & smile:· Passion for customer service and logistics · Addicted to immediate actions & solution driven· Doing things right as of the first time· Smooth handler of Excel, ERP & other tools· Fluency in 3 languages is a big plus (EN+FR+EN).
