Pour accompagner son développement, mobilize recrute un(e) Operations Coordinator Belux

**Descriptif du poste**:

- Un(e) Operations Coordinator**Vos principales missions**:

- Visualiser et optimaliser (y compris des propositions pour l’automatisation) les différents processus de l’entreprise pour gagner en termes d’efficacité
- Interlocuteur pour nos fournisseurs et sous-traitants pour les activités quotidiennes
- Troubleshooting en cas d’un problème chez un client en travaillant avec nos partenaires
- Gérer la facturation (hors la responsabilité comptabilité) et les relances de paiements
- Assister l’équipe de vente pour la partie prospection (intake call avec le client), priorisation des leads et réorientation des demandes entrantes
- Assister l’équipe technique avec la préparation des dossiers techniques et commander le matériel
- Suivi des offres et les chantiers en cours et responsable pour l’actualisation des dossiers
- Assurer la création du support commercial et technique (ex : explication des avantages fiscaux, règlementation de sécurité, information sur les services, etc.)

**Profil recherché**:

- Vous êtes passionné par la mobilité électrique et les nouvelles énergies
- Vous avez un esprit entrepreneurial et êtes motivé de travailler dans une équipe soudée pour faire grandir ensemble l’entreprise
- Vous êtes bien organisé, rigoureux et capable de décrire et optimaliser les différents processus de l’entreprise (coordination entre les équipes de vente, planning, technique et l’administration)
- Vous avez un hands-on mentalité qui vous rend multifonctionnel et efficace
- Vous êtes orienté client et vous savez indiquer les priorités de nos clients
- Vous avez des compétences de communication au bon niveau pour correctement gérer le contact avec nos clients et fournisseurs et vous savez également faire la prospection

Maitriser le Français, le Néerlandais et l’Anglais

Diplôme bachelier (commerce ou ingénieur industriel)

Posséder le permis de conduire (type B)

Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
