Nespresso BELUX is looking for an **Accounting Operations Specialist** who is ready to take on the challenge and become a part of our Finance Team.
As Accounting Operations Specialist, you have the following responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in the closing process through accurate reporting and qualitative comments (accounting operations).
- Ensure compliance to local/group accounting standards and Internal Control framework.
- Ensure on time and accurate reporting of administrative & legal operations.
- Drive, review and improve NBS collaboration through operational review of SLA, KPI and processes.
As Accounting Operations Specialist, you report to accounting manager and you are part of the Finance team of Nespresso Belgium - Luxembourg.
**What are we looking for in our Accounting Operations Specialist?**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or experience in general and analytical accounting.
- Ideally 3-5 years’ experience in accounting.
- Proficient knowledge of English (oral and written), knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong asset.
- IT literate with advanced skills on Excel, knowledge of SAP, and Power BI.
- Strong communication skills, proactive and can-do mentality.
- Stakeholder Management experience.
- Change management and continuous improvement experience.
