**The position as Brand Standards Coordinator**:
In this role you will support our company and franchises by assuring the brand-standards are communicated and followed and the quality we aspire to, both of service, food safety, products and store operations is met in all our restaurants. You do this by:

- Assessing compliance on brand standards, procedures, and systems across Le Pain Quotidien’s global portfolio of restaurants through performing both announced and unannounced store audits
- Preparing and presenting summaries, reports and action plans on store audits
- Collaborating with markets on scheduling of announced audits and teach & coach sessions
- Independent calendar and budget planning
- Coaching and supporting market and store leadership teams through direct communication and support visits
- Providing the tools for restaurant teams to improve audit results - procedures, ops alerts, tips, memos
- Working with multiple departments
- Management of internal auditing platform
- Management of Brand Standards related database - both internal and market-specific
- Cooperating directly with external partners and vendors
- Supporting the New Country Entry process in the Brand Standards and auditing area
- Supporting the MF Operations department with administrative tasks

**Your profile**:

- You have a bachelor’s degree (nice to have)
- You have previous experience in the food industry or restaurants within a position where you took on internal auditing/quality control taks.
- You are proficient in English and French or English and Spanish
- You are: task & detail orientated, independent, proactive and a fast learner
- You are ready to travel within and outside of Europe multiple times a month.

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 3 years (preferred)
