What you'll do The Hospitality team of the General Secretariat is responsible for the day-to-day administrative management and operational support of the Bank's internal HQ event zones (auditoria and management meeting rooms). To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Hospitality Coordinator who will be responsible for the practical organisation and hosting of events and meetings, a.o. in the brand new Seminar Centre of the Nieuwe Warandeberg. - We offer a real professional challenge and a very intensive, but fascinating and varied job; - This service-oriented position is also very interesting on a relational level, as you will be in daily contact with numerous internal and external customers, as well as external suppliers; - You ensure perfect availability of the meeting rooms and event zones on the day of the event by managing/coordinating the various service providers (caterers, cleaning, facility, multimedia, security, setup, etc.) in accordance with the wishes of the internal or external customer ; - You are the contact person for the logístical partners during the build-up and breakdown of an event ; - You know the buildings/internal event zones like the back of your hand; - You take care of the aftercare/maintenance of the internal event zones (cleaning, reporting defects, inventory and maintenance of furniture, etc....) Who we're looking for - You have a Bachelor or Master degree with at least 2 years of experience - **Experience in hospitality / catering is mandatory**: - You have good written and spoken communication skills in DUTCH and FRENCH (ENGLISH is a plus) - You are dynamic, enthusiastic, very creative and have a positive attitude.
