Alais was displeased with the quality of the bread being sold in Brussels and decided to start making his own bread with just four ingredients: water, flower, salt and time. The concept was a success because by now Le Pain Quotidien has over 200 restaurants in 20 countries. **Your role**: Le Pain Quotidien is looking for a dynamic Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our global marketing team. If you're passionate, proactive, and ready to dive into the world of marketing with a "can-do" attitude, you might be the perfect fit for us - Brand Guardian: Keep our brand guidelines fresh and consistent across all touchpoints and franchise markets. - Social Media Steward: Ensure franchisees' social media aligns with our global campaigns, brand voice, and values. - Franchise Marketing SPOC: Be the go-to for marketing queries from our franchisees, coordinating marketing materials and maintaining brand uniformity. - Digital Presence Maestro: Manage our our digital presence (200+ locations) on platforms like Google My Business or Facebook and ensure accurate and up to date info. - Digital Asset Management (DAM): Create and maintain our Digital Asset Management system, for easy access to marketing materials. - Webmaster Extraordinaire: Keep our websites up-to-date, support franchisees with website queries and updates. You'll also montitor the performance and crunch the numbers to ensure continuous improvement. - Newsletter editor in chief: Take the lead in crafting and delivering our quarterly Master Franchise newsletter, Showcasing the latest and greatest from Le Pain Quotidien when it comes to marketing achievements. **Who are we looking for?** - You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a first experience in the field. - You are eager to learn and grow within a growing and energetic global brand. - Hands-on, with a pragmatic approach and an eye for details. - Organized and able to set priorities based on clear business needs. - An effective communicator, bridging HQ and franchisees. - Proficient in current digital marketing tools and platforms. - Fluent in English (spoken & written) and Dutch and/or French. **Meet Your Team**: - Silke: Global Brand Manager, godmother of croissants and your coach. - Brian: Global Franchise Director and your primary client interface. - Janneloes: F&B Coordinator and your direct link to the F&B team **Our offer**: You join an international brand with lots of opportunities to develop and grow both within the role and our company.
