Notre client, une entreprise active dans le secteur de l'immobilier, est à la recherche d'un(e) coordinateur(trice) en marketing. Leur objectif est de gérer de manière optimale et durable un portefeuille immobilier varié, au sein d'un environnement de travail stimulant où les collègues apprécient réellement leur contribution. **Description**
- De A à Z, vous vous occupez de l'organisation, de l'exécution et de la planification de tous les aspects du marketing au sein du centre commercial. Dans le respect du plan marketing approuvé;
- Vous initiez et organisez des actions promotionnelles dans le centre commercial tout en respectant le budget;
- Vous déterminez naturellement les thèmes et les activités des actions, en concertation avec le Senior Marketing Manager. Vos tâches comprennent également la prise de contact et la sélection des fournisseurs;
- Vous osez proposer des actions créatives et innovantes qui répondent aux objectifs fixés, en tenant compte des résultats de l'année précédente pour le plan marketing annuel;
- Participer à la conception et à la production de matériel de marketing ou rédiger un rapport de débriefing pour chaque opération organisée ne vous rebute pas;
- Vous assisterez bien sûr à la présentation du plan marketing pour approbation par la hiérarchie puis par l'Association des commerçants;
- Vous développez des campagnes de communication numérique, tenez à jour le matériel de communication numérique et communiquez de manière proactive avec les visiteurs, en collaboration avec les agences de communication et le Digital & Marketing Coordinator;
- Communicant(e) comme vous l'êtes, vous gérez le bon fonctionnement et les relations avec l'association des commerçants et son conseil, organisez et dirigez les réunions (ordre du jour, présentation, procès-verbal, etc.) et l'assemblée générale (ordre du jour, présentation, procès-verbal, etc.) et vous assurez un contact permanent avec les commerçants afin de construire et de maintenir une atmosphère constructive avec eux.

**Profile**
- Vous aimez être créatif, prendre des initiatives et combiner facilement différentes tâches;
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelier en marketing, communication ou gestion d'événements,... et vous avez une première expérience de 2 à 3 ans dans une fonction marketing;
- Vous avez le sens de l'organisation et aimez organiser des événements et divers projets de marketing;
- Vous parlez couramment le français ou le néerlandais, avec une très bonne connaissance de l'autre langue;
- Votre excellente connaissance de Word, Excel et Outlook vous sera certainement utile. La connaissance de Sharepoint et de SAP est un avantage certain;
- Le travail occasionnel le samedi ou le dimanche vous semble naturel, compte tenu de la vie dans un centre commercial.
