Digital Communication Coordinator

We are looking for a Digital Communication Coordinator to join our LolaLiza Family

In this role, you are responsible for the coordination of all online communication related to our brand.
You are part of the Marketing team that is in charge of promoting our brand through different
campaigns, actions, events (on
- and offline). As a Digital Communication Coordinator you'll take on a lot of organizational responsibility and have 2 direct reports.

As a **Digital Communication Coordinator** your main responsibilities are:

- Managing the digital calendar for all owned, paid and earned media
- Development of the digital strategy and content creation for all digital media
- Development and gatekeeping of new brand identity and Tone of Voice
- Coordination of all copy/content/translations
- Research and implementation of digital marketing & SEO trends on all platforms
- Develop and execute database acquisition strategies via e-marketing & social media
- Coordinate the social media agency on webcare, strategy and new social initiatives
- Development and coordination of new owned media (e.g. Whatsapp)
- Define strategies and create campaigns for Social Media Advertising (FB,IG, Pinterest, TikTok)
- Optimizing running & new campaigns by following up on reports and analyses
- Development of improvement strategies for the website/app
- Management of the digital marketing team: allocating of tasks and evaluating of the workload
- Briefing of all campaigns to Digital Graphic Designers, Junior Digital Marketeer & Digital

Advertising Lead
- Close collaboration with the E-com Director and CRM Manager, directly reporting to the

Marketing Manager

Your profile?
- You have a few years of experience in a similar role (retail affinity is a plus)
- You have already proven yourself in the field of project leadership with focus on organization and coordination
- You are fluent in Dutch and feel comfortable communicating in French & English.
- The world of digital marketing is your oyster and you know the way
- You are obsessed with SoMe and you know the basics of SoMe advertising
- You are a natural leader with good communication skills
- You are hands-on with a positive attitude
- You have a passion for fashion
- You are stress resilient since we operate in a fast-pacing environment
