To achieve our ambitions in the field of digital sales & services, we need to be in the spotlight at all times. Would you like to join the team that focuses on the lifecycle of Medium Enterprise customers and keep them active and satisfied for as long as possible?

**Your mission**:
You will ensure that the Medium Entreprise customers receive the most relevant communication in terms of message, timing & touchpoint.

Your Tasks:

- You translate marketing briefings into communication campaigns across different touchpoints.
- You’re responsible for the project management on communication journeys: aligning with the different stakeholders (marketeers, database managers) to build the most optimal flow for customers.
- You find relevant communication important and strive to bring the right message at the right time to the consumer.
- You constantly look at where improvements can be made. You formulate recommendations for your marketing colleagues and the digital agency based on the campaign results.
- You will be part of the Always On & Targeted Campaigns team, but will work on a daily basis in the Medium Enterprise Lifecycle squad situated in the SME Tribe with colleagues from other teams and departments.

Profile
- Experience: 1 - 4 years
- Good knowledge of communication principles and advertising
- Knowledge of UX & behaviourial design principles is an advantage
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and experience with communication journey setup. Experience with Eloqua and Salesforce are an advantage.
- You are open to change and like to try out new concepts, methods and tools.
- You assume that data never lies.
- You like to explore the unexplored areas of digital communication
- You are fluent at presentations and have great powers of persuasion.
- You have leadership talent, sound judgement and know how and when to take decisions or seek further advice.
- Preferably you have a good knowledge of English, Dutch and French.
