**Positionner**:
En tant que Web digital specialist, voici les défis qui t'attendent au quotidien:

- Afin de générer un maximum de ventes, tu assures l’optimisation des taux de conversion au travers des funnels et landing pages;
- Tu mets en place, analyse et établis les reporting sur les tests utilisateurs pour en tirer la meilleure performance;
- Assurer la gestion opérationnelle du site internet;
- En contact régulier avec le service informatique, tu tiens à l'oeil le maintien et la vitesse du site;
- Traduction des campagnes de communication marketing en tenant compte des taux de conversion et de la user experience;
- Etablissement de reporting afin de dégager des recommandations pertinentes.

**Profil et compétences**:
Quels sont tes atouts pour faire la différence?
- Disposer d'un bachelier à orientation **marketing digital**;
- Démontrer une expérience réussie dans une fonction similaire de minimum 3 ans;
- Tu parles** parfaitement le français** et maitrise le **néerlandais** de manière professionnelle** (minimum B2)**;
- Les outils **Google** (Analytics, Data studio), ainsi que le monde du **CRO** n'a plus aucun secret pour toi;
- Véritable teamplayer et force de proposition, tu souhaites apporter ta pierre à l'édifice et faire grandir ton département grâce à tes connaissances.
