Are you an expert in IT risk management with a passion for digital security and operational excellence? At Randstad Digital, we are looking for an experienced IT Risk & Operations Manager to join one of our major clients in the financial sector.In this pivotal role, you will safeguard the stability and security of digital channels within the enterprise segment. You will act as the bridge between cybersecurity, compliance, and operational efficiency within a multi-disciplinary Agile environment. Your mission? To ensure a seamless and secure digital experience for thousands of corporate clients.your responsibilitiesAsset & Service Management: Maintain and optimize referential data and application inventories, ensuring development squads can remain focused on delivering customer value.Incident & Problem Management: Act as the central coordinator during service disruptions, oversee communication across digital channels, and perform deep root-cause analyses to ensure structural improvements.Continuity Management: Develop IT disaster recovery scenarios and coordinate their execution during annual large-scale testing exercises to guarantee business continuity.Risk & Security Management: Partner with the Security Center of Excellence to mitigate risks, follow up on audit recommendations, and ensure the timely resolution of security vulnerabilities.Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate progress and risks to diverse stakeholders at both technical and senior management levels.your profileExperience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT Operations, Risk Management, or Cybersecurity, preferably within a complex enterprise or banking environment.Knowledge: Strong understanding of process, risk, and asset management frameworks.Tools: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; hands-on experience with enterprise tools such as Archer or ServiceNow is highly preferred.Methodology: Proven experience working within an Agile/Scrum framework.Soft Skills: You are a skilled negotiator, remain calm under high pressure, and possess a highly structured, analytical mindset.Languages: Excellent command of English is mandatory. Proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a significant advantage.
