You will act as the bridge between cybersecurity, compliance, and operational efficiency within a multi-disciplinary Agile environment. Your mission? To ensure a seamless and secure digital experience for thousands of corporate clients.your responsibilitiesAsset & Service Management: Maintain and optimize referential data and application inventories, ensuring development squads can remain focused on delivering customer value.Incident & Problem Management: Act as the central coordinator during service disruptions, oversee communication across digital channels, and perform deep root-cause analyses to ensure structural improvements.Continuity Management: Develop IT disaster recovery scenarios and coordinate their execution during annual large-scale testing exercises to guarantee business continuity.Risk & Security Management: Partner with the Security Center of Excellence to mitigate risks, follow up on audit recommendations, and ensure the timely resolution of security vulnerabilities.Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate progress and risks to diverse stakeholders at both technical and senior management levels.your profileExperience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT Operations, Risk Management, or Cybersecurity, preferably within a complex enterprise or banking environment.Knowledge: Strong understanding of process, risk, and asset management frameworks.Tools: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; hands-on experience with enterprise tools such as Archer or ServiceNow is highly preferred.Methodology: Proven experience working within an Agile/Scrum framework.Soft Skills: You are a skilled negotiator, remain calm under high pressure, and possess a highly structured, analytical mindset.Languages: Excellent command of English is mandatory. Proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a significant advantage.
