Nexeo Belgium is a consulting company supporting clients in the banking, finance, insurance, and public sectors throughout their transformation projects.We are currently looking for a CCE-E IT Risk & Operations Manager to join a Channels and Customer Experience (Enterprises) team.Mission ContextThe CCE-E teams manage digital channels for the Enterprise customer segment. The mission is to define the digital vision and implement the related roadmap to make banking easier for enterprise clients.You will work in an agile environment, collaborating closely with product experts, process teams, and control functions across multi-disciplinary squads responsible for developing and maintaining all digital channels.Your ResponsibilitiesAsset & Service ManagementMaintain up-to-date referentials and ensure consistent update processes across the TribeEnsure applications are well maintained and services properly described, enabling squads to focus on delivering customer valueIncident & Problem ManagementOversee incident management and restore operations with minimal impactParticipate in crisis calls, communicate via digital channels, perform root cause analysis, follow up on corrective actions, and report progress to stakeholdersContinuity ManagementDevelop and test disaster recovery scenariosParticipate in annual organization-wide disaster recovery exercisesRisks & Security ManagementCollaborate with Security teams on risk management and application security/vulnerability managementEnsure timely resolution of security threats and compliance with audit recommendationsSupport operational efficiency and cybersecurity initiativesYour ProfileLanguagesEnglish – MandatoryFrench and/or Dutch – Good communication skillsEducationMaster's degree or equivalent experienceExperience & Technical SkillsMandatoryMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT risk, operations, and digital securityProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and tools such as Archer or ServiceNowStrong knowledge of process, risk, and asset managementPreferredExperience in reporting managementProven experience in a corporate IT tribe environmentFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaborationSoft SkillsPassionate about digital security and process improvementExcellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skillsAnalytical mindset and strong problem-solving skillsOrganized, structured, and calm under time pressureAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsWork SetupHybrid: 50% on-site, 50% remoteWhy Join UsJoin Nexeo Belgium and contribute to high-impact digital channel operations and IT risk management projects for a leading financial organization.
