Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure application and service referentials are accurate, up to date, and consistently maintained across the TribeEnsure services are properly documented, enabling squads to focus on delivering customer valueLead and coordinate major incidents and crisis situations, including participation in crisis callsEnsure rapid service restoration with minimal business impact and manage customer communications on digital channelsPerform root cause analysis and follow up on structural corrective actionsDefine and maintain disaster recovery scenarios and participate in annual bank-wide disaster recovery exercisesCollaborate closely with Security CoE teams to manage risks, audit recommendations, control plans, and application vulnerabilitiesEnsure timely remediation of security threats and maintain strong alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirementsProvide regular progress updates and reporting to stakeholdersRequired Experience & SkillsMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT risk, operations, or digital environmentsStrong exposure to digital security, risk, process, and asset managementExperience working in an Agile environmentProficient in Excel and PowerPointHands-on experience with BNPP Fortis tools such as Archer and/or ServiceNowStrong stakeholder management, reporting, and communication skillsGood understanding of the BNP Paribas Fortis IT landscape
