Our client, a company active in the real estate sector, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. Their aim is to manage a varied real estate portfolio in an optimal and sustainable way, within a stimulating working environment where colleagues really value their contribution. **Description**
- From A to Z, you are responsible for the organization, execution and planning of all aspects of marketing within the shopping center. In compliance with the approved marketing plan;
- You initiate and organize promotional actions in the shopping center, while respecting the budget;
- You naturally determine the themes and activities of the campaigns, in consultation with the Senior Marketing Manager. Your tasks also include contacting and selecting suppliers;
- You dare to propose creative and innovative actions that meet the objectives set, taking into account the previous year's results for the annual marketing plan;
- You can take part in the design and production of marketing material or write a debriefing report for each operation organized;
- You will of course attend the presentation of the marketing plan for approval by the hierarchy and then by the Merchants' Association;
- You will develop digital communication campaigns, update digital communication material and proactively communicate with visitors, in collaboration with communication agencies and the Digital & Marketing Coordinator;
- Communicating as you are, you manage the smooth running of and relations with the Merchants Association and its Board, organize and run meetings (agenda, presentation, minutes, etc.) and the general assembly (agenda, presentation, minutes, etc.) and ensure ongoing contact with merchants to build and maintain a constructive atmosphere with them.

**Profile**
- You like to be creative, take initiative and easily combine different tasks;
- You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or event management,... and 2 to 3 years' experience in a marketing function;
- You have good organizational skills and enjoy organizing events and various marketing projects;
- You are fluent in French or Dutch, with a very good knowledge of the other language;
- Your excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook will certainly come in handy. Knowledge of Sharepoint and SAP is a definite advantage;
- Occasional work on Saturdays or Sundays is a natural for you, given life in a shopping center.
