Contract Logistics Business Development Manager Locations: Schiphol (NL), Ghent (BE), Antwerp (BE) Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Contract Logistics Business Development Manager to drive growth and client acquisition across our strategic European hubs in Schiphol, Ghent, and Antwerp. The role requires a dynamic professional capable of managing multiple markets, developing long-term client relationships, and delivering tailored logistics solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in contract logistics across Schiphol, Ghent, and Antwerp. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, understanding their supply chain needs and challenges. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets for each location. Collaborate with operations, commercial, and account management teams to design solutions that meet client requirements. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform business strategy. Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations. Track and report on sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics across multiple regions. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. Master's preferred. Proven track record in business development or sales within the contract logistics/3PL sector. Experience managing multiple locations or markets simultaneously is highly desirable. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to close complex deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English; Dutch, French, or German is a plus.
