Als Project Manager Pharma Engineering bij Sweco krijg je de kans om toonaangevende, multidisciplinaire projecten in de farmaceutische industrie te leiden en mee te werken aan innovatieve oplossingen die de toekomst vormgeven. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan projecten zoals de nieuwe vaccinfabriek van GSK of de duurzame uitbreiding van de biotech-site van UCB. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject: van design tot uitvoering, waarbij veiligheid, kwaliteit en budget altijd jouw prioriteit zijn. Je stuurt een team van experts aan en zorgt ervoor dat ieder project voldoet aan de hoogste standaarden. Daarnaast bouw je sterke relaties op met klanten en partners, terwijl je actief bijdraagt aan Sweco’s groei in de farmaceutische sector.

- Beheer van A-Z: je neemt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor multidisciplinaire projecten op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit, scope, timing en budget.
- Communicatie: je stuurt een team van ingenieurs en designers aan tijdens zowel de design- als de uitvoeringsfase. Je adviseert klanten en collega’s vanuit je expertise in projectmanagement. Je bouwt en onderhoudt klantenrelaties en breid je externe netwerk uit. Je treedt op als bid manager bij het opstellen van offertes voor multidisciplinaire projecten.
- Financieel beheer: je bewaakt nauwgezet de planning en budgetten van jouw projecten.
Wat we zoeken in een Project Manager Pharma Engineering?
- Opleidingsachtergrond: minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een technische omgeving, bij voorkeur in de farmaceutische sector.
- Ervaring: Aantoonbare ervaring in het leiden van complexe farmaceutische projecten.
- Eigenschappen: Sterk oog voor detail en nauwkeurigheid, zowel in uitvoering als documentatie. Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel binnen het team als met klanten. Gedreven en resultaatgericht, met de vaardigheid om multidisciplinaire teams te leiden.
- Taalvaardigheid: Nederlands en Engels vereist, kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
