Wie zoeken wij
Voor een uitdagend project in het hart van Brussel zoeken we een Functional-Technical IT Analyst. In dit project ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het vertalen van businessanalyses naar functionele en technische analyses, inclusief proces- en datamodellen.
- Het analyseren en optimaliseren van E2E-processen en datastromen.
- Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van functionele en E2E-tests van nieuwe functionaliteiten.
- Het uitdagen van businessvereisten op technische haalbaarheid, risico’s en beperkingen, met verbeteringsvoorstellen.
- Samenwerken met architecten en stakeholders om technische oplossingen af te stemmen.
- Aanpassingen en verbeteringen doorvoeren in bestaande Cobol-code (Batch en Transactional).
- Rapporteren over voortgang, defecten en risico’s.
Wat verwachten we van jou?
Ervaring en kennis
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Functional/Technical Analyst.
- Analytisch sterk, klantgericht en communicatief ijzersterk
- Stakeholdermanagement is voor jou een tweede natuur.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Engels en/of Nederlands en/of Frans.
Hard skills
- Sterke kennis van mainframe development.
- Ervaring met Cobol, DB2, IMS, TWS, Expeditor, ISPW, MQ of ZOS-connect.
- Goede kennis van IS, testing en functionele analyse.
- Ervaring met Agile-methodologie.
Nice-to-have (Soft skills)
- Kennis van de payrollsector en loonberekeningen.
- Je bent analytisch, conceptueel en altijd nieuwsgierig.
- Je bent gericht op resultaat en zorgt dat projecten worden opgeleverd.
- Kwaliteit staat voorop: je hebt oog voor detail zonder het grotere geheel uit het oog te verliezen.
