More information about Krka Belgium at: https://www.krka.biz/bn/JOB DESCRIPTION:KRKA Belgium is growing We would like to invite an additional team member to our team.Join us as aCUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATEYour tasks:Provide permanent telephone and/or e-mail client support regarding orders, product availability, shipments, payments and agreements, as well as product related issues.Plan, prepare, perform and report on sales and other activities for clients according to valid instructions.Monitor and ensure proper stock levels of Krka's products.Receive and enter complaints into relevant IT systems, and forward the complaints for further resolving.Enter data related to clients and orders into relevant IT systems.Track orders and dispatches, monitor payments and arrangements with clients.Prepare analyses and reviews of sales and other data.Obtain/receive and transfer/forward information on the safety of medicines, and perform other pharmacovigilance activities.Good knowledge of Dutch and English language, some knowledge of French is desired.What you bring with you:Desired relevant university degree educationPrevious experience in customer service and phone and internet salesGood selling and communication skills (phone, skype, face to face)Good skills in digital marketing (internet sales)Well organized and precise working with CRM systemGood analytical skills and advanced knowledge of ExcelPatient, kind, dynamic, proactive, resilient.We offer:Good working conditionsGood relationships within the teamA job in an international business environmentTake advantage of this opportunity to further develop your customer support career in a leading, multinational, generic pharmaceutical company.
