Als Business Recruiter ben jij de expert die ondernemers en klanten bij elkaar brengt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat kandidaten niet alleen de juiste job vinden, maar ook de juiste zelfstandige onderneming die bij hen past. Het mooie van deze rol? Wat ga je doen als Business Recruiter:
- Je spreekt dagelijks met gepassioneerde kandidaat-ondernemers en helpt hen de ideale kans te ontdekken.
- Van a tot z ga je kandidaten screenen, opvolgen en begeleiden, zodat je zorgt voor een optimale match.
- Je speelt in op de specifieke wensen van klanten en zorgt voor een efficiënte zoektocht door het juiste netwerk en middelen in te zetten.
- Verder combineer je hunting en farming en kan je hiervoor rekenen op een uitgebreid netwerk en database.
- Samen met een klein team bedenk je nieuwe strategieën om nog beter te kunnen inspelen op de wensen van de markt.
Wie ben jij?
- Je werkt graag zelfstandig en proactief. Je hebt de drive om resultaten te boeken en neemt ownership over je werk.
- Ondernemerschap spreekt je aan en je bent bereid om je 1x per week naar regio Waasland te verplaatsen voor een come-together met het team.
- Een goede kennis van het Frans is belangrijk om kandidaten doorheen heel het land te begeleiden.
