Every day, Randstad Digital is looking for an IT recruiter to strengthen our teams. To be able to match the right skills and mindset to our needs, we are looking for a new colleague to join our team of recruitment superstars.

As an IT recruiter at Randstad Digital, you will be looking for the ideal IT-talent to join our talent chapters. You enthuse both employees and freelancers for our projects, which means that you get a lot of responsibilities to meet our business needs.

your future tasks

  • Actively source candidates through job boards, fairs, social media, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain a network of IT professionals, specifically IT support profiles, IT infrastructure project managers, IT infrastructure architects, and network, security, system, and cloud engineers.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process: screening, interviews, technical tests, and salary negotiations.
  • Contribute to projects and initiatives that enhance recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
  • We're looking for a proactive, creative all-round recruiter who thinks outside the box and collaborates to achieve team goals.

your profile

  • Proven track record in recruitment or HR-related role, ideally within IT
  • Driven, independent, results-oriented, and a proactive "go-getter" with a positive mindset, skilled in tackling challenges in niche markets.
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable challenging others in a collaborative and respectful way.
  • Highly responsive to urgent business needs with strong task prioritization skills.
  • Fluent in English; bilingual in Dutch highly preferred (French is a plus)
  • Able to work from our Leuven office (2 days/week) with a flexible work-from-home policy.
