Greetings from Sloka IT Solutions.Title - Test CoordinatorLanguage - Dutch, French & EnglishLocation - Willebroekkaai, 35 - 1000 BruxellesDuration - 12 monthsWorkplace type - Hybrid (2 days/week in the office)Experience - 15 yearsDescription:As a test coordinator, you are responsible for organizing and following up on test activities to deliver high-quality software that meets the requirements and expectations of the business. You work within an agile development team and coordinate the test strategy with testers, developers, analysts, and the business.You use your understanding of the technical environment and functional needs to define an effective test approach for the various developments. You define acceptance criteria, develop test cases, and maintain the regression test scenarios. You also participate in some of the test execution work.You regularly coordinate with stakeholders outside the agile team regarding end-to-end testing activities and acceptance testing by the business. You take the initiative to automate repetitive tests.Finally, you report transparently on the progress of the test activities and the quality of the developments. You provide daily guidance to 1 or 2 other testers within the team.Soft skills:Team playerCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsAnalytical skillsCoordination and coachingTeleworking regime:The consultant works 2 days a week in the office in Brussels.
