Wil jij je schouders zetten onder uitdagende technische industriële projecten, van eerste idee tot volledige realisatie? Ben jij een ervaren projectmanager die teams kan inspireren én complexe trajecten met strakke budgetten en planningen weet te sturen? Dan zoeken wij jou Binnen onze afdeling Project Engineering neem je de leiding over uiteenlopende industriële projecten voor productie, infrastructuur en R&D. Binnen het Project Engineering team neem jij de leiding over technische industriële projecten voor de business unit Electrical-Optical Materials (EOM). Deze projecten focussen op de modernisering, uitbreiding en aanpassing van de Germanium-productie in Olen. Je zet projecten op van idee tot realisatie, zowel voor productie, infrastructuur als R&D. Je bepaalt samen met de klant de scope, deliverables, timing en budget. Je stelt projectteams samen en coacht ze naar resultaat. Je werkt het technisch ontwerp uit en stelt specificaties/tenderdocumenten op. Je selecteert en stuurt leveranciers, contractors en studiebureaus aan. Je bewaakt de uitvoering en houdt contact met stakeholders over wijzigingen en voortgang. Je rapporteert helder en tijdig naar het management. Onze toekomstige collega: Master in ingenieurswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Minstens 3 jaar professionele ervaring, waarvan minstens 3 jaar in het leiden van technische industriële projecten. Brede kennis van verschillende disciplines: mechanica, elektriciteit, piping, civiel... Sterke affiniteit met elektromechanica en chemie. Ervaring met projectmanagementmethodieken en rapportering. Communicatief sterk, teamgericht en in staat om collega's en partners te challengen. Analytisch en conceptueel denker met helicopterview. Deze vacature staat open voor zowel vaste medewerkers als freelancers.
