Senior Project Manager - Pharmaceutical CAPEX projects Antwerp, Belgium Permanent | Salary DOEWe are currently supporting a leading organisation within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector in Antwerp that is looking to strengthen its team with an experienced Senior Project Manager.In this role, you will take ownership of complex pharma projects from concept through to execution, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering, construction, and stakeholder teams in a regulated environment.Key responsibilities:Lead and deliver large-scale pharmaceutical projects (CAPEX, brownfield/greenfield)Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk across the full project lifecycleCoordinate internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholdersEnsure compliance with GMP and relevant regulatory standardsAct as the main point of contact for clients and senior managementRequirements:Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within pharma / life sciencesStrong background in project delivery within regulated environmentsExcellent stakeholder and communication skillsNative-level Dutch or French (English required for international collaboration)Eligible to work in Belgium
