Ben jij een ervaren Project Manager met een passie voor complexe, multidisciplinaire industriële projecten?Voor een toonaangevend Belgisch technologiebedrijf zoeken we een senior projectleider die het verschil wil maken binnen een hoogtechnologische productieomgeving.In deze rol neem je volledige end‑to‑end verantwoordelijkheid over projecten — van haalbaarheidsstudies tot commissioning — en draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van toekomstige processen.🔧 Jouw VerantwoordelijkhedenVolledige projectopvolging: scope, budget, planning en kwaliteitCoördinatie van basic & detailed engineering, uitvoering en commissioningBepalen van layouts en procesparameters samen met Production & R&DInput leveren voor P&IDs en technische ontwerpenBewaken van alle procesgerelateerde aspecten binnen je projectenFocus op veiligheid, ergonomie, automatisatie, onderhoud & energie-efficiëntieSamenwerken met Purchasing voor componenten en dienstenAansturen van multidisciplinaire teams (intern & extern)Communicatie met interne stakeholdersToezicht op site‑activiteiten en begeleiding van commissioning🎓 Jouw ProfielMaster in Engineering (mechanisch, elektrisch, chemisch, metallurgisch) of gelijkwaardigMinimaal Industrieel Ingenieur10+ jaar ervaring als end‑to‑end Project Manager in multidisciplinaire projectenRelevante ervaring in chemie, metallurgie of machinebouwMinstens 5 jaar ervaring als (Project) EngineerJe kan P&IDs lezen en tekenenSterk technisch inzicht (must‑have)VCA VOL vereistProjectmanagementcertificatie is een plusVloeiend in NederlandsHands‑on, verantwoordelijk, veiligheidsbewust en teamgericht📍 LocatieHoboken – 100% onsite
