My client is currently looking for an IT Program Manager to work on a large ongoing project. The role involves implementing a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and optimizing critical business processes across core systems and processes. Supply Chain processes like Replenishment (Store/DC), transportation, master data management, SAP ERP integration, and warehouse automation.The key priorities for the IT Project Manager's initial responsibilities will include: Define IT Track Structure: Establishing the scope, responsibilities, and governance processes necessary to manage the IT track effectively. Translate Roadmap: Breaking down the overarching three-year project roadmap into a detailed IT delivery timeline with achievable milestones. Team onboarding: Defining essential skillsets and onboarding technical analysts/leads to form a high-performing IT team.Skills Required:5+ years of experience in Program or Project ManagementProven experience leading teams of analysts (functional and/or technical)Solid background in Supply Chain processes (procurement, warehousing, planning, logistics, order-to-cash)Experience with ERP transformation or integration projects (preferably SAP)Deep understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain flows and how they integrate into ERP systemsAbility to translate business requirements into end-to-end solution roadmapsStrong experience managing dependencies between Supply Chain, ERP, and logistics systemsGovernance, documentation, program reporting.Leading functional design workshops and validating solution fitUnderstanding of ERP system architecture (SAP ECC or S/4HANA)Integration concepts: IDocs, APIs, middleware platforms (MuleSoft,...)Understanding of logistics system architecture (WMS)Familiarity with data flows, master data dependencies, and interface mappingExperience coordinating technical teams (developers, integration specialists, testers)If this looks of interest and you have the correct skills and happy to work onsite in Belgium, then please send your CV now and call for more information.
