**Your tasks**
- Develop business architecture models aligned with organizational strategies and goals;
- Integrate business and technical architectures, ensuring alignment with project, program, and business strategies;
- Provide guidance on business architecture, systems processing, and interoperability projects;
- Create and implement business visions and strategies under CIO or equivalent guidance;
- Conduct business process analysis, modeling, and graphical representation of processes;
- Extract and analyze information from traditional and big data sources;
- Develop business cases and gain approvals; advise project teams on alignment with program objectives;
- Maintain knowledge of emerging tools, techniques, and standards in enterprise architecture and information systems.
**Requirements**:
- Master’s degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 11 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- At least 5 years of experience with Identity Providers, Authentication and Authorisation systems;
- At least 5 years of experience in modelling Business Processes (using BPMN standard);
- At least 5 years of experience with Service Management tools (HP SMT, ServiceNow );
- At least 5 years of experience with Project Management frameworks, including PRINCE2 and PM2;
- At least 5 years of experience with Application Management Lifecycle tools (Jira, RTC );
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow(ITSM, HRSD, SPM/APM and App Engine);
- Experience in authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, Open ID Connect);
- Experience with Identity Stores (LDAP, MS Active Directory );
- Experience with Identity and Access Management systems;
- Any ServiceNow certifications would be considered as assets;
- Excellent command of the English language, fluency in French would be an asset.
