To strengthen our fast-growing team, we are looking for an experienced business consultant to lead projects for our clients, shape future processes and steer a team of Anaplan model builders and experts.
Your role- Manage Anaplan projects from design to implementation, leading a team that is a mix of Bluecrux consultants and key stakeholders from the client side.
- Re-design planning processes in close collaboration with the client to develop end-to-end integrated planning concepts and lift customers' demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, network planning, and inventory tactics to a higher maturity level.
- Define Anaplan requirements with the Bluecrux solution architect and support the customer in describing the right formulas and dashboards.
- Plan the model build in an agile way, allowing Bluecrux model builders to build the Anaplan modules and dashboards, focusing on user experience and engagement.
- Plan for user acceptance testing, user training, go-live, and hyper care of the newly developed solution with the client.
- Ensure Customer Success by maintaining relationships with customers after project closing to ensure successful implementation of Anaplan models.
- Become part of the driving motor of the digital transformation within Bluecrux.
- Hold a master's degree in engineering or economics with good knowledge of supply chain planning.
- Have initial working experience and know how to manage projects on time, on budget, and in line with customer expectations.
- Be a problem solver with strong analytical skills, capable of translating customer requirements into tools.
- Experience in Anaplan, OMP, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or other supply chain software is a plus.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, posing the right questions and translating answers into tangible results.
- Be a team player and strong communicator towards both team and client.
- Have an affinity with industries like life sciences, food & beverage, manufacturing, service logistics & parts, and project business.
- Be fluent in English.
