We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Financials Analyst to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing optimisation of Oracle ERP Finance modules. The successful candidate will work closely with finance stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the ERP system effectively supports business processes and financial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the functional SME for Oracle ERP Financial modules, such as:General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Fixed Assets (FA)Cash ManagementProcurement/PO (nice to have)Lead and support ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and solution designs.Configure Oracle ERP modules in line with business needs and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, working with Oracle Support where required.Support integrations between Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems.Develop functional documentation, test plans, user guides, and training materials.Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT) and lead users through validation cycles.Provide day-to-day production support and continuous improvement recommendations.Collaborate with finance teams, PMs, developers, and business analysts to ensure successful project delivery.Essential Skills & Experience3+ years functional experience with Oracle ERP Financials (Oracle Cloud ERP or E-Business Suite).Proven delivery experience across configuration, functional design, testing, and support.Strong understanding of core finance processes and accounting principles.Experience working with cross-functional teams in finance and IT.Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and documentation skills.Desirable SkillsOracle Cloud ERP Financials certification(s).Experience with BI tools (OTBI, BIP, FRS).Exposure to Procurement, Projects, or SCM modules.Experience with global implementations or multi-entity finance environments.SQL or data analysis skills.Engagement & BenefitsOpen to permanent or contract engagement.Competitive salary/day rate aligned with experience.Opportunity to work across transformative ERP initiatives.Flexible working model (remote/hybrid depending on your organisation).Supportive, collaborative, and highly skilled team environment.
