Voor de dienst kindergeneeskunde zijn we op zoek naar een administratief medewerker / health care manager. Je komt terecht op een warme dienst, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met je administratieve collega's, artsen, verpleging en andere paramedici. De dienst Kindergeneeskunde bevindt zich in de vernieuwde Moeder-en Kind vleugel van het ziekenhuis. We zijn op zoek naar een leergierig, dynamisch iemand met een gezonde dosis inzicht en computervaardigheid, als aanvulling van ons team.
Wat ga je doen?
- Je staat in voor het patiëntenonthaal, -registratie en tarificatie.
- Je zorgt voor een goede organisatie en verloop van de consultaties op de dienst.
- Je staat in voor het beheer van de afspraken voor consultaties, opnames en medisch technisch onderzoek op verschillende diensten.
- Je beantwoordt telefonische vragen.
- Je zorgt voor het voorbereiden van medische dossiers.
- Je verwerkt de RIZIV-administratie van de dienst en bezorgt deze aan de juiste mutualiteit.
- Je maakt afspraken voor consultaties en medisch technische onderzoeken op verschillende diensten.
- Je verstuurt medische voorschriften en attesten naar de patiënt.
- Je volgt de patiëntenadministratie op.
- Je organiseert en notuleert tijdens teamvergaderingen.
- Je regelt afspraken met vertegenwoordigers.
Wie zoeken we?
- Je behaalde een bachelor diploma health care management, een diploma in een administratieve (medische) richting of hebt gelijkwaardige competenties door ervaring.
- Je bezit voldoende kennis van medische terminologie.
- Je bent patiëntvriendelijk en communicatief.
- Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en nauwkeurig.
- Je bent stressbestendig en kan oplossingsgericht werken.
- Je bent computervaardig met een zeer goede kennis van MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
