- Je voert opdrachten uit in het medisch secretariaat van de afdeling met volgende taken:
- Beheer van de agenda van artsen voor consultaties
- Verzenden van medische brieven
- Aanmaak en beheer van medische (patiënten) dossiers
- Beheer van het archief van medische dossiers
- Registratie en behandeling van klachten
- Verzenden van brieven met laboresultaten
- Je voert opdrachten uit in het laboratorium secretariaat van de afdeling met volgende taken:
- Ontvangst en uitpak van monsters voor genetisch onderzoek
- Registratie van aanvragen en administratieve verwerking
- Registratie van gegevens van de stalen en patiënten
- Administratieve ondersteuning van het labo
- Je bent het permanent aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe klanten (patiënten, artsen, medewerkers) en zorgt voor een klantgerichte opvang en goede doorstroming van informatie.
- Je voert logistieke opdrachten uit ter ondersteuning van de leidinggevende(n) en eventueel andere medewerkers van de afdeling.
- Je houdt rekening met de opgelegde instructies en de regelgeving, met het oog op de realisatie van de doelstellingen.
Wie zoeken we?
- Je behaalde een bachelordiploma in een (medische) administratieve richting
- Je hebt een goede kennis van medische terminologie
- Je kan werken met MS-Office (Word, Outlook en Excel)
- Je kan patiënten verder helpen in het Frans en het Engels
- Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en discreet
- Je werkt graag in team
- Je bent communicatief en klantvriendelijk
- Je hebt aandacht voor een discrete behandeling van alle medische informatie waar je mee omgaat
