Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een MSAT Scientist voor een project bij een bio-farmaceutisch bedrijf in Geel.
Binnen deze rol ondersteun je de levenscyclus van productieprocessen voor biologische geneesmiddelen. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor innovatieve, robuuste en kostenefficiënte processen die nieuwe producten lanceren en bestaande processen verbeteren.
Takenpakket
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning, uitvoering, rapportage en beoordeling van analytische spectrofotometrische en biologische activiteitstesten (zoals aPPT, chromogene activiteit en enzymkinetiek).
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de methoden van A tot Z (methodenoverdracht, validatie, overdracht naar kwaliteitscontrole organisatie).
- Je bent bezig met het verbeteren van bestaande methoden.
- Je biedt ondersteuning bij product- en procesonderzoeken en draagt bij aan wetenschappelijke/technische studies.
- Je biedt analytische ondersteuning voor productkarakterisering en procesverbeteringen.
Profiel kandidaat
- Opleiding: Master of PhD in Life Sciences.
- Ervaring: Praktische ervaring met plaatgebaseerde methoden. Ervaring met SoftMax Pro is een plus.
- Expertise: Goede kennis van spectrofotometrie en potentiemethoden.
- Laboratoriumervaring: Je bent bereid om 75% van je tijd in het laboratorium te werken en hebt ervaring met chromatografische technieken en troubleshooting.
- Kennis van GMP: Een goed begrip van de regelgeving en best practices in de productie en testing van biologics.
- Talen: Je bent vloeiend in zowel Nederlands als Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
