As an **MSAT Scientist** within the Analytical Science and Technology (AST) team, you will contribute to developing innovative, robust, and cost-effective processes. You will also support the launch of new products and commercial manufacturing operations across our global network.
**Your missions**
- Plan, execute, and **review analytical spectrophotometrical** and biological activity assays (e.g., aPPT, chromogenic activity, enzyme kinetics).
- Take full ownership of analytical methods, from handover to validation and transfer into a quality control organization.
- Identify and implement improvements to existing methods, introducing new technologies to increase robustness and efficiency.
- **Provide technical expertise** and **perform impact assessments for deviations in analytical methods or production processes.**:
- Develop scientific study protocols, reports, and recommendations for product characterization and process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless tech transfer activities, including fit-gap assessments, validation, and dossier preparation.
**Your profile**
- Experience with plate-based methods; familiarity with SoftMax Pro software is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of spectrophotometry and potency methods to accelerate projects and troubleshoot issues.
- **Familiarity with GMP and biologics manufacturing/testing processes.**:
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a quality-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in statistical and data trending techniques; experience with Parallel Line Analysis (PLA) is a plus.
- Academic background: Master’s or PhD in Life Sciences or equivalent relevant experience.
- **Fluent in Dutch and English,** with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and teams.
- Comfortable speaking publicly and collaborating with international teams.
