Gedurende de eerste 6 maanden zal je in het kader van opleiding 3 dagen/week vanuit het kantoor in Gent werken.Hoe ziet jouw dag als uitzendconsulent eruit?Als recruiter ga jij actief op zoek naar geschikte talenten in verschillende sectoren.Jij bent een echte matchmaker: Je zet het juiste talent op de juiste plaats aan het werk.Je gaat op zoek naar opportuniteiten in de regio door jouw talenten spontaan voor te stellen bij prospecten.Je zet mensen aan het werk, dus jij staat in voor de administratieve opvolging van jouw uitzendkrachten (contractopmaak & dossierbeheer).Misschien ben jij wel de persoon die ons topteam kan vervolledigen?Je bent Nederlandstalig met een basiskennis Engels & Frans. Je communiceert vlot en kan makkelijk een netwerk uitbouwen.Je bent gedreven en bent resultaatgericht.Een achtergrond in HR is een pluspunt maar is zeker geen vereiste.
