Als Site Manager ben jij de spilfiguur die processen optimaliseert, teams motiveert en continu streeft naar verbetering en kwaliteit. In deze rol combineer je strategisch inzicht met hands-on leiderschap om de site naar het volgende niveau te brengen. Onze klant is een internationale speler in de circulaire economie met een sterke focus op glasrecycling en duurzaamheid.Je komt terecht in een lean organisatie waar ondernemerschap en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de site, inclusief productie, logistiek en onderhoudJe ontwikkelt en implementeert een proactieve onderhoudsstrategie om stilstanden te minimaliserenJe stimuleert een cultuur van veiligheid, kwaliteit en continue verbeteringJe leidt projecten die gericht zijn op procesoptimalisatie en efficiëntieJe coacht en ontwikkelt een team van supervisors en operators om een high-performance cultuur te creërenJe zorgt voor een nauwe samenwerking met andere Europese sites om best practices te delen Bachelor of Master in een technische richting (mechanica, elektromechanica, industrieel ingenieur)Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een productie- of industriële omgevingSterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en bewezen ervaring in het ontwikkelen van teamsHands-on mentaliteit gecombineerd met strategisch inzichtErvaring met change management en continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen, 5S)Communicatief sterk en in staat om op alle niveaus te schakelenVloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een pluspunt Een marktconform loon met een aantrekkelijk voordelenpakketEen sleutelrol in een organisatie die duurzaamheid en innovatie ademtDe kans om een site volledig naar jouw visie te leiden en te optimaliserenInternationale exposure en samenwerking met collega's in meerdere Europese landenEen cultuur waar jouw ideeën écht impact maken op processen én mensenRuimte voor persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling in een dynamische omgeving 5S, Productie, Best Practices, Management, Kaizen, Communicatief sterk, Onderhoud, Elektromechanica, Samenwerken, Mechanica, Procesoptimalisatie, Engelse taal, Frans, Logistieke sector, Nederlands, BeveiligingsdienstJBRP1_BE
