Als Site Manager ben jij de spilfiguur die processen optimaliseert, teams motiveert en continu streeft naar verbetering en kwaliteit. In deze rol combineer je strategisch inzicht met hands-on leiderschap om de site naar het volgende niveau te brengen. Onze klant is een toonaangevende internationale speler binnen de circulaire economie, gespecialiseerd in recycling en duurzame industrie. Je komt terecht in een lean en toekomstgerichte organisatie waar ondernemerschap, verantwoordelijkheid en resultaatgerichtheid centraal staan. Hier krijg je de vrijheid om écht verschil te maken - voor het team, de omgeving én de planeet. Je draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse werking van de volledige site, inclusief productie, logistiek en onderhoud Je ontwerpt en implementeert een vooruitstrevende onderhoudsstrategie die stilstanden minimaliseert en betrouwbaarheid maximaliseert Je bouwt een sterke cultuur van veiligheid, kwaliteit en continu verbeteren uit, gedragen door alle medewerkers Je leidt en realiseert optimalisatieprojecten die zorgen voor betere processen, hogere efficiëntie en duurzame groei Je inspireert, coacht en ontwikkelt een team van supervisors en operators richting een high‑performance mindset Je werkt nauw samen met collega‑sites in Europa om kennis te delen, standaarden te verbeteren en innovaties te versnellen Bachelor of Master in een technische richting (mechanica, elektromechanica, industrieel ingenieur) Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen een productie- of industriële omgeving Sterk en inspirerend leiderschap, met bewezen ervaring in het ontwikkelen en motiveren van teams Hands-on ingesteld, maar met het strategisch inzicht om de toekomst van de site mee vorm te geven Ervaring met change management en continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen, 5S) Communicatief zeer sterk en in staat om impact te maken op alle niveaus binnen de organisatie Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een pluspunt Een competitief loon met een uitgebreid en aantrekkelijk voordelenpakket Een sleutelpositie binnen een organisatie die innovatie, circulaire economie en duurzaamheid in haar DNA heeft De unieke kans om een site volledig te sturen, optimaliseren en laten groei...
