Functie
Als Recruitment Consultant krijg je de kans om volledige verantwoordelijkheid te nemen over jouw processen, zowel aan de kant van de kandidaten als die van de klanten:
- Je krijgt een uitstekende onboarding en training die je vertrouwd maakt met onze werkwijze.
- Je bouwt proactief een netwerk op van zowel kandidaten als klanten binnen jouw specialisatie en breidt zo je portefeuille uit.
- Je leidt de contractonderhandelingen, waardoor je je onderhandelingsvaardigheden verder ontwikkelt.
- Je blijft op de hoogte van marktontwikkelingen om risico's en kansen te identificeren, en je bouwt zo expertise op binnen jouw vakgebied.
- Hierdoor fungeer je als partner voor zowel klanten als kandidaten en begeleid je hen soepel door het proces.
- Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team waarmee je kunt sparren.
- Daarnaast werk je direct samen met een ervaren manager die je coacht en ondersteunt in je professionele en persoonlijke groei.
Er zijn tal van interne initiatieven en projecten waaraan je kunt bijdragen en waarin je binnen Page een verschil kunt maken.
Profiel
- Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor of Master.
- Je kan reeds terugblikken op een (eerste) professionele ervaring, idealiter binnen een commerciële rol.
- Je bent communicatief sterk.
- Je neemt graag initiatief en leert graag bij.
- Vloeiend in het Nederlands & Engels.
- U bent sociaal en een teamplayer
