Word Plant Controller bij een internationale speler in Menen (BE)

Mijn klant zoekt een financieel professional die verantwoordelijk is voor het toezicht op de financiële operaties van de fabriek. In deze rol beheer en analyseer je financiële data met betrekking tot de activiteiten van de fabriek, zorg je voor de naleving van boekhoudkundige normen en interne controles, en geef je financieel advies ter ondersteuning van de besluitvorming.

Function information

Afsluitingen:

Begeleid de maandelijkse, kwartaal- en jaarlijkse afsluitingen.

Rapportages:

Bereid maandelijkse rapportages voor en analyseer financiële overzichten zoals winst- en verliesrekeningen, balansen en kasstroomoverzichten. Communiceer de inhoud van deze rapportages op een professionele en begrijpelijke manier naar stakeholders.

Compliance en Audit:

Zorg voor SOX-compliance en fungeer als aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne als externe auditors. Bereid de wettelijke verplichtingen voor tijdens de jaarlijkse tussentijdse en eindaudits.

Ondersteuning:

Assisteer de financieel manager en ondersteun analyses voor diverse zakelijke verzoeken. Signaleer financiële afwijkingen en doe aanbevelingen voor procesverbeteringen.

Rapportageverbetering:

Draag actief bij aan het optimaliseren van de rapportagebehoeften en implementeer verbeteringen in de praktijk.

Requirements
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financieel vakgebied.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een financiële afdeling of in een fiduciaire/auditomgeving.
  • Uitgebreide ervaring met Excel en ERP-systemen; kennis van Microsoft Dynamics AX en SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Een analytische mindset en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Vloeiend in het Engels en het Nederlands, met kennis van het Frans.
