Welke uitdagingen staan jou te wachten?In deze functie werk je nauw samen met een warm team van business controllers en de CFO en geniet van een zeer afwisselende, brede functie met heel wat toekomstperspectief.
Je takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit:- Je ondersteunt het management bij projecten en levert daarnaast relevante ad-hoc analyses aan;
- Je beheert samen met je collega's de maandelijkse financiële en operationele KPI rapportering en analyseert deze om de business beter te kunnen aansturen;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de integratie van nieuwe- en te realiseren acquisities;
- Je fungeert als business partner waarbij je ondersteuning biedt aan de lokale Finance Managers;
- Je neemt deel aan het budgettering- en forecastingproces;
- Je draagt bij aan het optimaliseren van de interne processen & controles;
- Je neemt de management rapporteringen naar de groepsdirectie voor jouw rekening;
- Master in TEW/Handelsingenieur/ andere economische of financiële richting? Check
- Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als controlling in een productieomgeving;
- Je bent flexibel en past je gemakkelijk aan, aan een dynamische veranderende omgeving;
- Je bent communicatief sterk om te fungeren als een ware business partner;
- Je hebt affiniteit met IT- en rapporteringssystemen, kennis van SAP is een plus;
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels;
- En de allerbelangrijkste: je bent gemotiveerd en hebt er goesting in
