Do you have 5+ years of experience as a Senior SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps expert? We are looking for a colleague to join our team in Brussels. Requirements: 5+ years of experience working with SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing and administering SharePoint Online (sites, permissions, structure) Minimum 2 years of experience designing and automating workflows with Power Automate Minimum 2 years of experience developing and managing applications with Power Apps Minimum 2 years of experience translating technical requirements into clear, practical solutions aligned with business needs Minimum 2 years of experience developing structured proposals and action plans Minimum 2 years of experience communicating and translating technical content for non-technical stakeholders Minimum 2 years of experience applying DevOps principles (version control, automation, CI/CD, monitoring) to M365/Power Platform Minimum 2 years of programming experience (React or equivalent) for M365/Power Platform extensions and integrations Minimum 2 years of experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for extensions and integrations Strong communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business requirements Ability to engage colleagues in new solutions and support project execution while maintaining team dynamics Professional attitude with clear and effective communication skills Languages: French (fluent) or Dutch (fluent), and English (fluent) Job Description: Manage and develop the platform around SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps Translate technical issues into clear and useful information for team management Develop structured proposals and action plans, taking into account business needs as well as strategic directions and organisational rules Contribute to knowledge development and collaboration within the team Involve colleagues in new solutions and support project execution Maintain team dynamics whilst driving technical innovation Apply DevOps principles to M365/Power Platform environments including version control, automation, CI/CD, and monitoring Develop extensions and integrations using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and programming languages such as React Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes Build and manage applications using Power Apps to meet business requirements Administer SharePoint Online including sites, permissions, and structure Act as bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with organisational objectives
